A large covered deck spans the front of the house, offers a cool breeze and plenty of additional lakeside seating. Wide concrete steps provide easy access to the water and boat dock on a private, no-wake cove ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking or floating peacefully on inner tubes with friends. The dock features plenty of space for sunbathing during the day or star gazing at night. You are welcome to bring a boat (up to 21') and tie it to the mooring buoy or dock. We currently do provide bedding, comforters, hand towels and other linens although you're completely welcome to bring your own. We will also honor any requests for a “resting” period. This allows even more time for our cleaning crew to clean and sanitize the house and the house to "rest" between guests. But if you're uncomfortable arriving on a "change out" day, let us know and adjust your reservation to start one day later. We have three decks with views of the beautiful hills and amazing sunsets. The house is located on one gated acre in a lake community with access to a neighborhood park and boat ramp. There is plenty of room for boat parking and two covered spaces for cars. We also have a 6ft high fenced dog run that spans the length of the house for well behaved dogs. (Max 2)
